This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies tongueglobal.net uses, why we use them and how you can control them. Please read it together with our Privacy & KVKK notice.

1. 1.Who we are

   TONGUE TURİZM SAĞLIK GAYRİMENKUL DANIŞMANLIĞI ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, trading as Tongue Global, runs this website and is the data controller. Address: Bulgurlu Mahallesi, Tuğba Sokak No:14 D:9, Üsküdar / İstanbul, Türkiye. Contact: info@tongueglobal.net.

2. 2.What cookies are

   Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s session storage, keep information on your device in a comparable way. In this policy, “cookies” covers both.

3. 3.What we use

   We keep this list short on purpose. Everything below is first-party: it is set by tongueglobal.net itself, not by advertisers or other companies.

4. 4.What we don’t use

   We do not use advertising, retargeting or social-media tracking cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

   Any website statistics we collect (for example with Vercel Web Analytics, as described in our Privacy & KVKK notice) are collected without cookies or other storage on your device.

5. 5.Consent

   The items above are needed to provide features you ask for: showing the site in the language you chose, and handling a form you send. For that reason we do not ask for separate consent for them.

   If we ever add cookies that are not needed for this, such as analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your explicit consent first, in line with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the KVKK Authority’s guidance on cookies, and we will update this page.

6. 6.Other websites

   Our links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube take you to those services. They may set their own cookies once you are on their sites, under their own policies. tongueglobal.net does not load their tracking code.

7. 7.Managing cookies

   You can view, block or delete cookies in your browser settings; Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all offer this in their privacy settings. Clearing a site’s data also removes its session storage.

   If you block the language cookie the site still works. It may simply not remember the language you chose.

8. 8.Changes to this policy

   If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and the date at the top.
