Photo, Voice and Video Use — Express Consent Form

1. 1.Parties and contact

2. 2.Content and purposes

   Portrait photographs, short introductory videos, voice recordings, name, working languages, and approved professional profile details may be used to introduce the interpreter, help clients select a suitable interpreter, and promote Tongue Global services. This form does not cover recording client meetings.

3. 3.Separate consent choices — only YES selections constitute consent

   A. Publication of my photograph and approved professional details on the Tongue Global website and interpreter profile. ☐ YES ☐ NO

   C. Use of my photo/video/voice in Tongue Global’s organic social media posts (including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Facebook). ☐ YES ☐ NO

4. 4.Publication, sharing and retention

   Content may be publicly accessible on selected channels, processed by the platform providers, and accessed from outside Türkiye. The legal grounds and KVKK requirements for international transfers and third-party sharing must be examined separately. Content will be kept while consent remains valid and the stated purpose continues; any longer legally required retention must rely on an appropriate legal basis and retention policy. The precise retention period and transfers must be described in a separate privacy notice.

5. 5.Withdrawal and data-subject rights

   I may withdraw consent for future processing by writing to info@tongueglobal.net. Tongue Global will cease use on channels it controls and consider removal/deletion requests in accordance with applicable law. It may not be possible to retrieve every copy previously downloaded or shared by third parties. I may exercise my rights to information, rectification, deletion and other rights under KVKK. Withdrawal does not automatically invalidate processing lawfully performed before withdrawal.

6. 6.Declaration and signatures

   I declare that I have freely made each choice above after considering each use separately. I understand that this form does not replace the separate KVKK privacy notice for the relevant processing activities.
